No lore reference doc existed -- everything was embedded in event/upgrade/
character text with no single place tying it together. Documents the
established canon (Den Sovande, Skriften, the three tonal registers, place
and character indices, recurring motifs) and explicitly flags open threads
that were seeded in existing events but never paid off: the sunken city in
Öresund, Kommissarie Annika Fors, the Hässleholm rival cult, the warm
ninth chair, Rolf. Meant as a real constraint for future content, not just
a writeup -- new events/upgrades/characters should agree with this rather
than drift from it.
